What do we actually receive at the end?
A written findings report covering your AI tool inventory, data exposure, identity and governance gaps, and a scored shortlist of processes worth automating with sizing on each. Then a readout call to walk through it and answer questions. The report is yours regardless of whether you work with us afterwards.
How long does it take and what do you need from us?
Two weeks. We need read access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, about an hour each with three or four people who do the repetitive work, and thirty minutes with whoever owns IT. That is close to the whole ask.
Why only $2,500 for two weeks of work?
Because it is a founding-client rate while this practice is being established in Alberta, and it will not stay there. We would rather do this work at cost for the first clients and have the findings to show for it. If you proceed to implementation within 90 days, the full $2,500 is credited against that work, so the assessment costs you nothing on net.
What if you decide we are not ready?
We tell you, in writing, and we do not sell you a deployment. Sometimes the honest answer is that identity and data governance need fixing before AI is safe to expand. Occasionally it is that no process in the business is worth automating yet. You keep the report either way — that is what you paid for, and knowing not to spend is worth the fee.
How do we know it is a fit before paying?
We confirm fit on a call first. If your environment or your goals do not suit this, we say so on that call and no invoice is raised. We would rather turn work down than deliver an assessment that tells you nothing.
Do we need to change IT providers?
No. Most assessment clients keep the provider they have. We work alongside them and hand over anything they should own going forward. Managed IT is a separate conversation you never have to have.
Is our data safe during the assessment?
We work under a mutual NDA, use read-only access wherever the task allows it, and never move your data into an AI tool as part of the review. Findings are anonymised before they inform anything we publish.
